This Spanish banquet course, available only in June, allows you to enjoy the best of summer ingredients.The meal began with a toast with Spanish Cava, followed by a succession of summery dishes such as Kinka sardine boquerones, herb butter-grilled shellfish, and Ajillo-style conger eel from Awaji Island.For the main course, you can enjoy Yamagata pork plancha, and to finish, paella with Banshu bone-in chicken and grilled corn.This luxurious plan includes a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option featuring 30 different beverages, including draft beer, red and white wine, and highballs.
