A spring-only course where you can enjoy Spanish cuisine made with seasonal ingredients.Starting with an appetizer platter, the course offers spring flavors such as bamboo shoot and salami salad, new potato and onion tortilla, and spear squid and Brussels sprouts ajillo.The main course is fragrant grilled beef sirloin served with green pea puree and salsa verde.This spring course concludes with a fragrant paella made with sakura shrimp and broad beans.
